Aim to alert even the smallest part of your body like nails, eyebrow, chin, eyelashes etc. You can also try to do this couple of times. You can do it till you achieve the maximum relaxation. End the technique considering your whole body awareness. Also, be aware of the space surrounding your body.
You will really feel the stillness and get peace of mind. Try to return to the normal position by moving your fingers and hands slowly. Take a few deep breaths and open your eyes. You will feel relaxed and full of life after you perform it.
